The protea Sample Scheme is intended to allow new customers to sample protea when making a purchasing decision. It is available exclusively to email subscribers on this store in Hong Kong and must be requested within 7 calendar days of the physical purchase.
How to Request a Sample:
- Buy a bottle of protea at participating retail stores, listed at https://proteadrinks.com/pages/store-locator
- Upload the receipt and payment details to our google form
- Receive a cash reimbursement within 5 working days
Eligibility:
- We reserve the right to use customer information (including email, phone, address, IP, FPS identifiers etc.) to ensure fair use of this policy
- Every individual is entitled to one free bottle under the Sample Scheme. We reserve the right to claw back any excess reimbursements claimed that do not comply to fair use of this policy
Lojis Limited reserves the right to verify information, request valid proof of purchase, and deny requests under the Sample Scheme at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if we determine that the purchaser has misused or abused the offer. Any dispute over what constitutes fair use of this policy will be resolved by sole discretion of Lojis Limited.
This scheme is subject to a maximum cap of 15,000 bottles reimbursed.
This policy is subject to change or cancellation without notice, and by using our Sample Scheme, you agree to these terms and conditions. This scheme is effective from October 25, 2025.
